| ISI provides a number of training offerings
to its customers and partners. We have a variety of formats, each
designed to meet our customers’ specific needs. Just click
on one of the options below to read more:
Want an ISI
Trainer to come to your facility?
ISI offers onsite training at our customers’ locations. Training
sessions are typically one day in length. Onsite training uses your
installed ISI product, offering the following advantages:
- Training is customized to your environment and your company’s
stated use of the system, i.e. does your company use the product
for bill-back; to track use and abuse of the phones; to track
productivity; to analyze traffic?
- Examples and exercises are specific to your particular configuration
- Hands-on training is focused in the specific areas of most
concern to you
- Questions are answered with demonstrations on your installed
product
- If multiple people require training on the ISI product, it
may be more economical for one ISI Trainer to travel to your location
than to send multiple staff members to ISI’s training facility
Want to train
at ISI’s training facility in Schaumburg, IL?
ISI offers classes at its training facility in Schaumburg, IL (northwest
suburb of Chicago, IL). Classes are typically one and one-half days
in length. Training at ISI’s facility offers the following
advantages:
- You are away from your desk and office, providing you with fewer
distractions
- If other customers are in attendance at the training class,
you have the opportunity to network and to understand how other
customers use the ISI product
- Since the training covers all areas of the product, not just
those your company currently uses, new ideas are introduced
- What’s not to love about Chicago pizza, corn-fed Midwest
beef, a spectacular skyline and lakefront and world-renowned museums?
Stay over a weekend to take advantage of all Chicago and its suburbs
has to offer!
Short on Time? Try Web-based training!
ISI offers web-based training courses designed to focus on specific modules. Courses are
typically 30 minutes to 2 hours in length. Web-based training offers the following advantages:
- No need to sit through a full training class, if you only need
assistance in one specific area of the product
- A 30-minute to 2-hour course is easier to accommodate into
your schedule than a day or more for a full training class
- You can participate in the web-based course from the comfort
of your own office/desk
- Depending on the number of attendees enrolled in the specific
web-based course, you may have a customized one-on-one training
session with our Trainer or attend a session where you can take
advantage of the questions and implementation strategies of other
customers. In either case, it is a great, lower-cost, opportunity!
