Tandem Call Matching allows you to track calls that originate in one PBX, go through a network
cloud, and then exit another PBX to the PSTN. This new feature also eliminates the possibility
of duplicate records. Now, you will be able to show actual savings by sending calls over your
Unified Communications network instead of directly through the PSTN.

The Infortel® Select Dashboard puts your entire telecom system at your fingertips. Quickly access data on network performance and get a general snapshot of usage across your organization. The Dashboard can be customized with the reports you want.
This report shows hourly Abandoned Calls and provides insights into call trends. It helps facilitate recommendations for correction of under or over-staffing concerns and is useful in determining the need for deployment or expansion of contact centers.
This report shows multi-leg calls that traverse both IP and PSTN Networks. Infortel® Select is able to match the legs of these calls and combine them into a single Call Detail Record.
This hourly report reflects the average time it takes to answer a call.High averages may indicate potential staffing or training concerns.
