04/02/08 ISI Telemanagement Solutions announces certification with Release 5.0 of the Nortel CS-1000 Communication Server 1000 platforms

Infortel® Select Call Accounting helps Nortel users
manage telecom costs, allocate expenses and reduce fraud.

SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, April 2, 2008— ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of comprehensive cost management solutions for voice, data, wireless and integrated communications, and a Nortel Developer Partner, today announced the certification of their industry-leading telecom cost management software, Infortel® Select, on version 6.0 of Nortel’s CS-1000 communications platform.

Mitchell Weiss, ISI Product Manager, said, “Nortel users will now be able to take advantage of the latest enhancements to the Infortel® Select call management solution, including call rating and allocation for multiple telephone systems, wireless carriers and calling card vendors, improved Alarm features and better management reports that can be accessed through the web and emailed for faster, more efficient dissemination.” Mr. Weiss continued, “Infortel® Select is flexible and can be deployed as an on-site solution, as a web-based Application Service Provider (ASP), or as a fully outsourced solution. Infortel® Select will assist Nortel users with monitoring telecom usage, identifying abuse or fraud and reducing costs.”
