Irwin Friedman
Chairman & Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Friedman is Chairman and controlling shareholder of ISI.
He has more than 30 years experience as managing partner of
the CPA firm Friedman, Eisenstein, Raemer & Schwartz, LLP.
He is also Founder and Chairman of The Friedman Group, LLC, a
Chicago-based business consulting firm focused on helping
entrepreneurial ownership and management establish and achieve
company goals. Mr. Friedman is widely acknowledged as a leader
in developing business growth strategies, optimizing internal
management processes and implementing successful financial
strategies for organizations of all sizes.
Rick
Ruykhaver
Board Member and Advisor
Charles “Rick” Ruykhaver, Board of Directors Member and previous
Executive Vice-President of Sales, advises ISI’s current Sale management team.
After spending 12 years in various sales and management positions at Xerox
Co., Mr. Ruykhaver joined ISI in 1980 as a District Sales Manager in the
Boston, MA office. Mr. Ruykhaver is widely recognized as a leading expert in
the field of Telecom Billing and Reporting systems and Telecom Expense
Management.
Mark Friedman
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Friedman joined the ISI Management Team in 2008, but has been
ISI's outside Legal Counsel for over 15 years. He is responsible for
negotiating agreements with ISI's key strategic partners and suppliers.
In his role as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Friedman establishes
and manages the infrastructure necessary to support ISI's vast partner
network, which includes such market-leading providers as Cisco, Avaya,
Nortel, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint Nextel. Mr. Friedman received both
his undergraduate degree in Accounting (1984) and his law degree
(1987) from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He also
earned his CPA in 1984.
Dan Hoctor
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hoctor joined ISI in 1999 as Controller. He was promoted to
Chief Financial Officer in 2006. He is responsible for the financial
reporting of the company as well as supervising the Accounting
Department. Prior to ISI, Mr. Hoctor worked in various management and
accounting positions. Mr. Hoctor received his Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Mary Wehmhoefer
Executive Vice President of Software Development and
Support
Ms. Wehmhoefer came to ISI in 1993 and attained her current position
in 1998. Ms. Wehmhoefer is responsible for managing the Customer
Service Department, which includes the Technical Support groups for
OS Plus, Lodging, IFW, OTM, First Level support, Project Management,
TSB Customer Service Department as well as the Installation Department
(Field Installers and Customer Account Supervisors) and the Field
Service Department (Field Service Technicians and Field Service Supervisor).
Her responsibilities also include developing new policies and procedures,
ISO 9001 oversight, and overall quality assurance.
Christopher M. Vassallo
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Vassallo joined ISI in 2010 as Vice President of Sales. He is responsible for
directing the sales of ISI's products and services to direct, channel,
and targeted vertical markets. Mr. Vassallo has 20 years of telecommunications
sales experience. Prior to joining ISI, Mr. Vassallo was VP of Sales at SMaRT
Technology Services, Regional Sales Manager at NEC Unified Solutions, and Regional
Sales Director at Verint Systems Inc. He holds a degree in Marketing from Western
Michigan University.
Jim Ayotte
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Ayotte joined ISI in 1982 as an Associate Systems Designer and
attained his current position as Vice President of Engineering in
1994. Mr. Ayotte leads a team of experienced Engineers who continually
maintain ISI's software products as "Best in Class" as exemplified by
ISI's Business Intelligence Reporting which was awarded the 2007
Product of the Year by Unified Communications magazine.
Mark McNeill
Marketing Director
Mr. McNeill joined ISI in 2006 as Marketing Director. He oversees all
of ISI’s marketing and communications initiatives, including
the company website, press releases, trade shows and collateral.
Mr. McNeill has a 23+ year career in Telecommunications. Prior to
joining ISI, Mr. McNeill held management positions in Sales and
Marketing for AT&T, Ameritech, TelTrust and InterCall. He holds a
Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, as well as a
Masters degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Finance),
both from Boston University.
David Whitney
Vice President of TEM Managed Services
Mr. Whitney has been a Managing Director for ISI's Telecommunications
Consulting practice since joining the company in 2003. His responsibilities
include consulting, project management, process and procedure development,
and business development and general management in the Telecommunications
Expense Management practice of ISI. Mr. Whitney has 30+ years in information
technology, facilities, and telecommunications management. His experience
includes 11+ years in telecommunications consulting, working with various
sized organizations, including Fortune 1000-type financial, manufacturing
and health-care clients, on telecommunications infrastructure assessments,
cost reduction, bill auditing, outsourcing, and ongoing telecommunications
expense management. Mr. Whitney has managed large, complex technology
projects spanning periods of up to two years and staffing up to 25 people.
Mr. Whitney's expertise also includes developing IT/telecom policies
and procedures, creating disaster avoidance and recovery plans, designing
call centers and computer rooms, and evaluating vendors and negotiating
IT/Telecom equipment and services contracts.
Steve Rosen
Managing Director - TEM Managed Services
Mr. Rosen came to ISI in 2001. He has over twenty-five years of
experience providing general management, information systems, and
communications technology consulting and outsourcing services to senior
executives at service, manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profit
organizations. He has managed complex, mission critical technology projects
for global enterprises, including telecom cost optimization projects,
expense management software implementations, voice and data network
conversions, and IP and contact center solutions. Mr. Rosen has a wide
range of experience in defining requirements and specifications,
developing RFPs and RFIs, evaluating vendors and technologies, designing
applications, and managing and implementing a wide variety of projects.
Mr. Rosen has been a speaker at numerous financial, IT and vendor user
group conferences. He has completed significant general management and
telecom oriented education and training with Accenture, Business
Communications Review and elsewhere. Mr. Rosen has a Masters in Management
from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor
of Arts from Brown University.
Dan Mueller
Vice President of CDR Managed Services
Mr. Mueller joined ISI in 1994. He has over 15 years of telecommunications
management experience. His expertise includes the implementation of voice,
data and wireless network services, traffic/usage analysis and call detail
reporting, and the development and management of outsourcing services for
global clients. Mr. Mueller has extensive experience designing customized
software applications and reporting for complex client requirements.
Mitch Weiss
Software Products Designer
Mr. Weiss joined ISI in 1994. He is an industry leader in the development
and utilization of telemanagement software for on-going management purposes.
For ISI projects, he and other engineering associates provide special
expertise and support involving the analysis of voice and IP traffic/usage,
trunking facilities and routing, potential abuse/security issues, cost
allocations and systems integration. Mr. Weiss has been through HIPAA
Certification.
